Do I have to be home to receive my package?
On occasion, a recipient must be present to receive a shipment. If the shipment cannot be delivered the courier will attempt to re-deliver it the following working day. You may check the status of your order through your tracking number to receive delivery updates. If a delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the parcel is returned to the depot where collection or re-delivery can be arranged.
